What is a meal deal?  open

A meal deal is a package dinner including the entire meal for the day - entree, sides or soup and dessert. Click on the "meal deal" tab, choose your portion size and receive a 10% discount at check-out. Meal Deals are perfect for taking the work and worry out of small dinner parties or entertaining!

how do i find gracious hall kitchen?  open

The Market at Gracious Hall is located at 415 Stevens Street in Geneva, IL, across from the corner of Stevens and 4th Street.  We are 4 blocks north of State Street in the North Historic district.

when do menus expire? open

Daily menus expire at 11:00am.  But please visit our shop to peruse our to-go cooler where you'll find a broad selection of entrees, sides, soups and lots of other extras. 

can i cancel an order? open

Yes, you can cancel an order and receive a store credit or a refund by calling the shop or cancelling via email. You can also change the portion size of your order by calling the shop or via e-mail.

i have billing questions open

what if i can't pickup my order? open

if you are unable to pick up your order we will hold it for you for pick-up on the next day.

does gracious hall do catering?  open

The Market at Gracious Hall does do catering! We can prepare catering for pick-up or delivery, but we no longer cater off-site events. All catering menus are custom designed so please call or email if you are interested in a catering consultation or would like to order for your next special event.
